The vision
AI already knows everything.
Except your business.
Ask any AI assistant about the French Revolution and you'll get a lecture. Ask it whether you can afford to hire in March, whether your quoting process is losing you work, or who should cover invoicing while Sarah is on leave — and it has nothing. Not because it isn't clever, but because it has never met your business.
Every small business owner using AI today pays the same hidden tax: re-explaining. Every prompt starts from zero. You describe your services again, your team again, your prices again, and the answer is only ever as good as the ten minutes of context you had the patience to type. The moment the chat ends, everything the machine learned evaporates.
A consultancy that automates your business
Your Brain Today is a consultancy first. We come in, learn how your business really runs — by interviewing the people who do the work and reading the documents you already have — and then we automate it. Not with a product you have to adopt, but with tools built for the work that repeats in your business: the chasing, the retyping, the handovers that stall.
The way we work is deliberately simple. You raise a request in your own client portal, we discuss it in a thread, and once it is accepted it becomes a build. You see each tool before it goes live, and you can connect your own Claude to the portal to raise requests and follow them without opening the site.
Build knowledge, then use tools
Everything we learn goes into a knowledge base that is yours. It remembers three ways: your expertise — the rules, language and models of your trade; your experience — the record of every job, event and decision, kept in the terms your expertise defines; and your process — how the work moves from role to role. You build it by interview, or by uploading the documents you already have, and the interviewer asks about exactly what is missing.
Once the knowledge is there, tools run on it. The first is chatbots: a manager sets one up on the knowledge base, invites their staff by email, and funds it from their own credits — so the team asks the chatbot instead of asking the manager, and the manager sees the questions it could not answer. Alongside that, an MCP server and API put the same knowledge inside Claude and the other tools you already use.
The deal we're offering
The more you share with YBT, the more every tool is worth — so the deal has to be fair, and it has to be explicit. Your knowledge powers your tools and nothing else. It is never sold, never pooled, never used to train anything for anyone else, and it leaves when you do. Pricing is pay-as-you-go credits rather than subscriptions: you pay when a tool does work for you, and your data stays yours either way.
Software has spent twenty years asking small businesses to adapt to it. We think the next twenty belong to tools that adapt to the business — and that starts with actually knowing it. Tell us about your business today, and every tomorrow gets easier.
